Healthy lifestyle

Pupils from TJ Romania want to said us what does it mean: "healthy lifestyle".


It is very important to have a natural and healthy lifestyle. Lots of people are fighting today with diseases and you can avoid this kind of situation if you just eat, drink, stay healthy. This word ,,HEALTHY" doesn't mean necesary to eat natural things, you can be healthy if you are calm, if you do different sports like: jogging, zumba, fitness, swimming, basketball and other, if you sleep at least ten hours a day or other simple things.

Healthy things:
1. eat and drink natural
2. think positive, be calm, just relax
3. make sport
4. drink a lot of water (the life drink)
5. be happy, smile at least once a day
6. just be healthy

To be healthy, we must respect some rules. Meals should be regular, hours of sleep must be respected, food must be healthy. Sporting events have to become part of our life.
In the morning, at breakfast, you should not miss milk and cereal. They offer many vitamins and energy. Until lunch we can eat some fruit or yogurt.
At lunch, soup should not miss. I suggest as a second course-mashed potatoes, with steak and a salad of many vegetables. We can continue with a light dessert. After a little rest we can continue our daily activities. Until dinner we can eat fruit.
Dinner should not be later than 7p.m.At dinner we can eat: milk, cheese, butter, jam, toast and tea. For dessert we can eat a fruit salad. After dinner it is better to walk half an hour.
Bedtime should not be later than 10p.m and waking time should be at 7:30a.m.
Respecting these rules, we have a balanced and healthy life.
